“YOU ARE NOT FAILED .....YOUR SUCCESS IS POST PONED “

With GATE results are declared recently and ESE prelims results were declared a couple months ago, Some students were able to make through but there are many on the other side too- did not score good marks, did not clear cut off, for some it was even the last attempt for ESE exam and were not able to make it to Mains list.
Under such situation many students are disappointed and are questioning themselves - what to do next ?, Despite all possible efforts I could not score - Am I a failed in life ?
The answer to such questions is...NO, not getting good marks doesn’t mean you are a “failure”, but not having the “Faith” in yourselves is a big blunder, not giving a “Push” to yourself is a mistake, considering yourself “Weak” and “Incapable” is wrong, having the “Fear of failure” is certainly making you bogged down.
Recall the learnings of GITA , Arjun refuses to fight his Guru, because he was weak and fear overtook him. Whenever we want to do something important, like passing an exam and achieve success there is always this weakness that tells us that we may not succeed and it makes us afraid and we give up. Instead one should have faith on his/her efforts and take failure as a bump in the road and with just one extra push you may overcome it. Consider, how children learn to walk , they fall, they cry for a while then they again get up and then start to walk , again they fall and again they walk and one day they start running. If in this phase of life children would give up after the fall then, it would have been very difficult for the entire human race to walk.
Certain incidents in our lives makes us stronger and better, obviously such events are horrific events of our lives but often these are the events which help us in our personal growth and success. If we lead our lives with never give up attitude then certainly each one of us will go high up in life. One example that can be quoted here is of Corn crop - from sowing the seed , till the harvest it needs everything perfect - perfect rains, perfect sunlight but one more thing that it needs is fierce WINDS , if there are no winds then there will be crop but there will not be any corn. When the winds blow, the plant gets pushed and because of that jerk of winds the roots get deeper and hold the ground hard , as a result of deepening of roots the grains comes and the plant yields. So take these failures as Winds which are helping you to strengthen yourselves and get better.
Learn from your mistakes, take lessons from your failures and bring in the attitude of not repeating the same mistake again.Consider “You have not failed Your Success is postponed”. Take guidance and help from Mentors and Teachers, practice and utilise your time efficiently. Also , be like a Candle - which burns itself but bring light in the surrounding also - Learn and help others also, your friends and other students who are facing difficulty , support them.
Grow and help others grow and then celebrate Success.
“You can do it & You will do it “
